Here is a house just a short way up the coast from Salinas before you get to la Libertad. This one is right on the ocean. A bit of a breakwater to climb down to the beach or water but is a nice house to fix up. Large yard with guard house in back. needs fixing up too. The house has just been painted a dark ugly red. Redo time. Yard is fully enclosed. 2000 sq ft house 6500 sq ft yard. 3 bdroom. 2 bath, partially furnished, AC in the bedrooms. Was $135,000 when I saw it, but is listed on the website in Jan 2013 at $125,000. I think this one has potential and it is on the ocean/beach.
