Chuzo Vendor hooks up Electricity to a Nearby Power Pole

Political street party late at night in Salinas, Ecuador and there is lots of music, beer and food. This guy showed up with his Chuzo food cart. First he got the BBQ going and then proceded to hook up to the electricity on a nearby pole. Bare wires and some bent hooks at the ends and soon he is hanging the wires on some bare spots on the power pole, just like everyone else.
